
Onion
In Ayurveda, Onion is called Allium cepa, is considered a valuable food with various health benefits. It balances the "Kapha" and "Vata" doshas and is regarded as "Ushna" (hot). It supports digestion, boosts immunity, and has "Vruddhi" (growth) properties. Onions have "anti-inflammatory" and "antibacterial" properties and are used for detoxification.
